Hi all, my name is Sharon and I'm the owner of Movin' Up. I'm having my lovely staff post this on behalf of myself.

My account was hacked!!! Someone posted 4 posts on August 15th that weren't mine and I'm trying to get my personal FB account AND Movin' Up's IG account out of facebook jail. Please bare with us as we navigate this process! Maybe if we all tag Mark Zuckerberg enough we can get our small business back on the up and up?

New items in!!! We are always trying to be inclusive as possible and now our parties and chair classes are even more so! We have different size chairs to make sure you are fully supported!

What are you going to get in level 1+? You start coming off the ground in new moves, moves you learned in 1 have new additions to make them more challenging, and we combine items in sequences which means longer routines!

8.6.22 | First aerial invert 😎 I have felt like this was a goal I could accomplish soon and well it happened. Guess all those tucks really come in handy... Next time I'll try a deadlift aerial invert. making dreams come true!

There's so many dance styles. These are probably the top 4 for pole, but you can make up your own, incorporate your own style. There are no limits, because that's dance baby!

Did you know that poles in the studio have two functions? Static and spin. On static the pole does not move and in spin the pole moves with you.

We have a class dedicated specifically to spin pole! You should always start learning on static first to build proper muscle engagement, avoid injury, and progress faster in general.
