After 10 years, I’ve officially hung up my REFIT® certification. 🥺
With no where to teach and limited time, it’s just time to face the facts. This chapter of my life is over.

I’ll never forget all of the amazing women I’ve sweat beside and laughed with. 💪

You all filled my heart week after week and gave me so much joy, support and love.

I will sincerely miss this part of my life. 😢
