Get ready—this is the moment your skaters have been training for.
Junior roller derby teams from across the country are heading to Grand Chute, Wisconsin for an unforgettable National Tournament, and you don’t want to miss being part of it. This isn’t just another event—it’s where passion meets competition, where teams level up, and where lifelong memories are made on and off the track.
From the first whistle to the final jam, the energy is electric. Skaters will face off against top talent from across the U.S., push their limits, and represent their leagues on a national stage. Whether it’s your first Nationals or you’re coming back hungry for more, this is your chance to shine, grow, and bring home something incredible.
Expect high-level gameplay, team bonding, new friendships, and the kind of experience that reminds everyone why we love roller derby. Grand Chute is calling—and it’s going to be bigger, louder, and more exciting than ever.
Spots are limited, and the competition is fierce—so get your team ready, get registered, and get hyped. Let’s make this year’s Junior Nationals one to remember.

Another Friday and another Fire Storm post!!! While not everyone is down to play pivot in WFTDA, even more players avoid it in USARS! 🤣 no running away from the "panty pass" in this ruleset!
FUN FACT FRIDAY
Did you know some of the main differences between the WFTDA & USARS ruleset. Check out the quick reference guide from WorldSkate.org
* No panty pass - Pivots can “break” from the pack and gain scorer status if the opposing jammer already gained scorer status
* Lead status may change at any time if the lead scorer is legally passed by the other scorer or if the lead scorer is sent to the penalty box
