Right now, peptides are hot. Up Next is myostatin inhibitors. These will allow you to add muscle while simultaneously improving your body composition and in this trial, they appear to be relatively safe specifically in regards to the heart.

Retatrutide is pretty fascinating for weight loss

Efficacy in Weight Loss

- Phase 2 Trials (Obesity and Overweight):
- In a 48-week phase 2 trial, retatrutide demonstrated dose-dependent weight loss in adults with obesity (BMI ≥ 30) or overweight (BMI 27–30 with at least one weight-related condition). The mean weight reductions were:
- 1 mg dose: 8.7% body weight loss
- 4 mg dose: 17.1% body weight loss
- 8 mg dose: 22.8% body weight loss
- 12 mg dose: 24.2% body weight loss (approximately 58 pounds or 26.2 kg on average), compared to 2.1% for placebo.
- At the highest dose (12 mg), 83% of participants achieved ≥15% weight loss, and 25% lost ≥30% of their body weight.

You can get it here (for research purposes only, not for human consumption)

Next research project:

Science seems to be gravitating towards metabolic inefficiencies and poor mitochondrial health as root cause of many if not most disease states.

With SS-31 we have the potential to improve mitochondrial (and metabolic) health and performance.

Pro-metabolic, cardioprotective, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective and cognition enhancing.

Preclinical data is robust and has piqued my interest which is why I will be researching this compound personally in the weeks to come

Studies show SS-31 restores mitochondrial energetics to youthful levels within hours, improving ATP production and reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS). This enhances cellular energy metabolism, particularly in high-energy tissues like the heart, kidneys, and skeletal muscle

If you are interested in researching this compound, you can obtain it here.. but remember its not for human consumption folks ;)

BPC-157 - Elite Research USA 06/23/2025

One of the most potent healing compounds in the health space.

Body Protection Compound 157 (BPC-157)

Peptides are naturally occurring short chains of amino acids (building blocks of proteins) that have profound impacts on so many different aspects of health.

BPC 157 is one of the most studied, longest on the market peptides

Here’s a breakdown:

- Accelerates Tissue Healing: Promotes faster recovery of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones by enhancing fibroblast activity and collagen production.
- Reduces Inflammation: Exhibits anti-inflammatory effects, potentially alleviating conditions like arthritis or inflammatory bowel disease.
- Improves Gut Health: May repair damage to the gastrointestinal lining, showing promise for conditions like ulcers, leaky gut, and Crohn’s disease.
- Enhances Muscle Recovery: Supports muscle repair and reduces recovery time after injuries or intense physical activity.
- Protects Against Oxidative Stress: Acts as an antioxidant, reducing damage from free radicals in tissues.
- Improves Joint Health: May lubricate joints and reduce pain associated with joint injuries or degeneration.
- Neuroprotective Effects: Preliminary evidence suggests potential benefits for brain and nerve repair, possibly aiding recovery from traumatic brain injury or nerve damage.
- Cardioprotective Properties: May protect heart tissue and improve recovery after cardiac injury in animal models.
- Supports Tendon and Ligament Repair: Enhances healing of connective tissues, potentially beneficial for chronic injuries like tendinitis.
- Pain Reduction: May reduce pain associated with injuries by modulating pain pathways and inflammation.
- Improves Blood Vessel Formation: Promotes angiogenesis, aiding tissue repair by improving blood flow to damaged areas.
- Potential Anti-Ulcer Effects: Shows promise in preventing and healing gastric ulcers by strengthening mucosal barriers.
- May Counteract Drug-Induced Damage: Reported to mitigate side effects of certain drugs, like NSAIDs, on the gut and liver in animal studies.

Here’s where you can buy it. Use DRLANE10 for 10% off and take healing to the next level

Methylene Blue: a dye and drug that was first discovered in 1876. A little heavy on the science here but that’s because it does some pretty wild s***

At its most basic level, it improves functionality of the mitochondria in our cells. Mitochondria are the powerhouse producing all of the cellular energy (ATP, an energy currency) required for our body to function at its most basic level. MB enhances the function of the mitochondria. For my science peeps that care, It helps pass electrons from NADH to cytochrome C (the exact place where red light therapy works to improve mitochondria, effective 1-2 punch)

It protects the 🧠 🤯. It’s been shown to boost memory and be beneficial in stopping the accumulation of Tau proteins in the brain which is a hallmark of Alzheimer’s!

Traumatic Brain Injury: MB treated subjects showed remarkable reduction in lesion size and neuronal damages when administered MB (Talley Watts 2014)

ALS: low dose administration of MB further reveals a significant neuroprotective and neuronal survival in subjects with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) (Dibaj 2012)

MB shows protection against brain inflammation 🤯 it reduces inflammatory gene expression the inflammatory interleukine cells (IL-6, Il1b, IL12)

That’s just some of what it does. There are definitely effective tools out there, just need to filter out the noise and figure out what moves the needle.

When in doubt… natto… 😂 I’ve used systemic enzymes for years for a number of things: sub acute upper respiratory infections for myself, fibrotic/scar tissue related pain in musculoskeletal injuries… I had a patient with idiopathic adhesive capsulitis (random frozen shoulder) run a course of this with surprising success. Really anything related to fibrotic/sclerotic tissue adaptations could be helped by things like nattokinase or serrapeptase.

Check this study out for example

Nattokinase: A Promising Alternative in Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases

Hongjie, Chen

PMID: 30013308

Nature makes some cool s**t. Natto, a cheese-like food made of soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis, has been consumed as a traditional food in Asian countries for more than 2000 years. It contains a potent fibrinolytic enzyme called nattokinase!

Human trials have shown NK also has an antihypertensive (blood pressure) anti-atherosclerotic (heart disease) lipid-lowering, antiplatelet/anticoagulant and neuroprotective actions. All these pharmacologic actions of NK have relevance to the prevention and treatment of CVD. Even shown to reduce blood clots like deep vein thrombosis! 🤯

Always have some in the toolbox. Fun to see this circulating more mainstream now… people are catching on to what works without a doubt. DM if you have particular questions (not medical advice obviously)… stay well friends 🤙
