Bigger health conditions slowly build.
Trauma survivors can appear healthy and functional until their body’s defenses weaken enough to where physical ailments manifest.

I’m teaching sensual yoga tonight specifically to release trauma, shame, and negative body self image. Movement is a huge piece of the healing puzzle. I’ve added Meagan the Stallion and Jhene Aiko on the playlist (plus lots more), so let’s heal and throw some ass together. 💖

December is looking like a busy yoga month! You can join me Sundays in my home studio, Tuesdays at Ritual Yoga & Wellness, December 23 at 9am and 10:30am at Madonna ProActive, December 20 for Hoga at Ritual, December 27 for full moon yoga at From Within Holistic, plus some subbing throughout the month (I’ll keep y’all posted).

Taking time for yourself isn’t optional - and it might even be fun. 😉

Have you ever thought that the Resonator gallery would be the perfect place to practice yoga in? Us too! We are so excited to announce our first yoga class at the Turbine Flats community!

We are teaming up with Huddle Yoga & Energy Coaching for an all-levels upbeat yoga class for everyone. All you need is a mat.

Let us know if you want to attend and might need to borrow a mat, we will be taking payments before the event starts at 6:30 so come early. You can sponsor someone else to attend the class and come for free for $20, or your sponsorship money will go to Lincoln Little Pantries and the Women in Community center. We are also accepting donations for the community for non-perishable food and period products.

We will see you on the mat!

We have big news!

We have exciting news at the corner of 11th and B St. We’ve decided to stick around!! That means Huddle Yoga will continue to call 1247 S. 11th St. home for awhile longer. Check back for the New Year schedule, but we are so thrilled to stay in the space! We can’t do it without your support, so I hope to see you in class soon. 💖💛💖
