WATER. So. Much. Water. One bottle won’t cut it. Hydrate before you even step on the court. Every time.

ELECTROLYTES are non-negotiable. Liquid, powder, whatever — load up. You’re sweating out more than water.

BRING YOUR OWN SHADE Venue shade fills up fast. An umbrella = your backup plan.

PACK EXTRA TEES. Soaked shirt = miserable match. Swap it out.

FACE TOWELS , multiple. Humidity means sweat isn’t drying on its own. Wipe and go.

ICE is your best friend. Cooler for drinks + gear. PRO TIP: ice in a baggie, wrapped in a towel = instant personal AC and a cooling pad for your electronic devices

HANDHELD FAN, sometimes you must create your own breeze. Make sure it’s battery operated because electrical outlets are scarce outside.

BYO CHAIR. Seats disappear fast. Guarantee your spot to rest.

SNACKS on hand. Lines for food get long. Keep your energy up between matches.
BATTERY POWERED FAN,

SUNSCREEN, and reapply. The sun isn’t messing around out there.

What an absolutely phenomenal weekend. Even with temps soaring to 95° and humidity that didn't let up, our players brought nothing but heart, hustle, and incredible pickleball. We are beyond proud of every single competitor who stepped onto the court and gave it their all.
