Now everyone's little brother and sister can fall in love with the sport of wrestling too! The is the only wrestling division at any wrestling tournament in the nation designed specifically for kids ages 3-4! 🤯

No experience needed. This is a fun and approachable way to introduce wreslting to kids ages 3-4. Think flag football, but instead of having the flags on their hips, they have flags on their ankles. Giving them flags to focus on makes it easy for them to undestand, and super fun for parents to watch.

Wrestling Start time by Age Division:
🕤9:30am: [3-4 Ankle Band ] & [6 & Under]
🕤12:30pm: [7-8] & [9-10]
🕤3:00pm: [11-14] & [Girls Only - All Ages]

School is out and the kids will be bouncing off the walls. Bring them to our Youth MMA class tonight @ 5:30. While the kids do MMA you can enjoy a beginners kickboxing class. It may be cold outside but nice and warm in the gym
