Today marks a truly special milestone 25 years of Lincoln Pilates Method, Nebraska’s very first Pilates studio!

Founded in 2000 by Monica Dawson with her passion for movement and teaching has grown into a vibrant community of clients, instructors, and friends who share that same vision every day.

Now under the ownership of her son, Connor, Lincoln Pilates Method continues to honor its roots while evolving with modern Pilates practices and a commitment to helping every client feel their best.

To all of our incredible clients, instructors, and supporters who’ve been part of this 25-year journey — thank you! You’ve made this studio what it is today. Here’s to the next 25 years of movement, health, and community!
