Of course, you’ll want to avoid high-calorie sweetened creamers, which is the tough part. And don’t get too carried away. A beneficial amount is 2-5 cups a day and pregnant women should limit or eliminate it completely (talk to your doctor).

Our classes are a GREAT way to burn calories and get to melting. ⛄ A typical 60-minute class can burn between 600 to 800 calories, depending on the intensity of the workout and individual factors such as body weight and muscle mass. You can also can rack up between 4,000 to 5,000 steps per class! 😲 Moreover, the unique combination of dance, strength, and resistance training ensures a comprehensive workout that targets various muscle groups, enhancing overall fitness and wellbeing.
