John Dean hit his goal of making it into the "Elite" level with his deadlift for his age/weight(72yrs/155lbs) with a 275lb pull
Avery Tomlinson & Eva Schrieber both had great monthly check ins again. They both gained LBM, lost BF all while further increasing caloric intake.
Christyna Wells had a great month pushing harder than she has and getting in the gym more frequently on her own,
James Ring killed his 1st month! He hit his goal of gaining weight, LBM, dropped some BF% and consistently increased his macro intake!!

Those of you who were lucky enough to know Steve Bowles , know how great of a person he was. He was especially great to me, one of the best people I have ever met and one of my best friends. I trained him to do some cool things(recover from a broken neck, cycling, climb everest, compete in powerlifting, etc.) But that's nothing compared to what he taught and gave me through our friendship in and outside the gym. Steve was truly one of a kind and I/many will miss him dearly.
You can ask pretty much anyone that knows me... I do not dance and I hate being in front of people. When Christy Johnson Glf 1st asked me to do this I pretty much said no way despite her great sales pitch. Then I thought, if we can do this for Steve, I'll do whatever, some texts were exchanged and here we are. That being said let's raise a 💰 in memory of Steve(with only $99.99 to my name please😜)
