Mehdi stepped into the cage for his first ever fight, that alone takes tremendous courage! His standup is so solid! Good hands and great kicks… he so wanted to display his hard work and talents…. But the other guy fought smart and charged in for the takedown. Mehdi has good ground skills but that’s not where he thought this was going to go. I know he’s disappointed, we all would be in his shoes! He’s an 18 yr old kid! Reach out give this kid some encouragement… I know we all are proud of him and look forward to helping him reach his goals!

Congratulations Andrew! Debut fight with a “W”!!! So proud of this kid, 4 yrs ago came into my school wanting to train MMA. Told him he could train but couldn’t fight till 18 yrs old. He said ok! He’s been taking a beating this last 4 yrs cause he’s the smallest kid on the team, but this hasn’t stopped him! Tonight he man handled his opponent like the hulk!
