Rule package for racing at Outlaw Raceway Park

Saturday is we canceled due to rain. We waited it out but just could not get it in. However, we had a good time talking to all the drivers throughout the night. Track would have been very fast and the sun did come out but the track was to slick to race on.
Sept 24 will be our next race and with 2 point races left the point battle is tighten more.

Outlaw Raceway Park ORP is a 1/5 scale RC dirt track. Design to run HPI/clones and 1/4 scale Sprints and Modifieds. Located at Lincoln, Nebraska we run from April to Mid Oct.

Ok guys, if your planning to run this weekend for open nationals there will tech.
Key things I’ll be looking for.
Modifieds
Body no wider then 21”
Max width of nose 10”
Max height of roof 4 1/2”
Deck no higher then 12” from ground to bottom side
Max spoiler 4” but no higher then highest point of roof
No drivers assist or spectrum receiver for drivers assist
Sprint cars
Top wing
Max 18 1/2 “ long
Max width 15 1/2 wide
Side panels max length 19” and no taller then 8”
Must have tail tank that looks like a sprint car tail tank.
No drivers assist or spectrum receiver for drivers assist
Must have a cage to resemble a sprint car.
Narrow front tires only

Received some rain this morning but blue skies to the west. Going to see if we can dry out some more with the wind and sun coming. Will make a official call later. Stay tune

All the rules for class and general is now posted on facebook. Make sure you take a look as there is some minor and major changes that will effect racing next year. Most of the changes was voted on at our banquet
