At CrossFit Lincoln, we don't measure progress by pounds lost or how you look in a photo. We measure it by what you're capable of.
Hattie couldn't squat to parallel — let alone below it. Now she does it consistently, every time.
But the bigger transformation happened in her head. She used to struggle with confidence. Now she knows she can do hard things — in the gym and out of it. She feels more comfortable in her own skin than ever.
What would more confidence let you take on? Comment below or DM us to get started.

Curiosity, Community, and CrossFit: A Conversation with Anand Titus
This week Landon talks with CrossFit Lincoln member (and soon-to-be full professor at UNL) Anand — from small-town Kansas roots and Aikido at Baylor, to a PhD at Indiana, to finally walking through our doors after years of "CrossFit skepticism."
We get into curiosity as the secret to loving fitness, his research on hope, and why sharing a meal might be the most important thing we do. 🍽️

Same picture, side by side. You'd never guess the difference just by looking — but his mobility tells a completely different story.
12 years ago, Rob's first workout included overhead squats. He couldn't OHS an empty 35lb bar, and couldn't even get a PVC pipe to parallel.
Now he warms up with that same PVC pipe — and moves real weight lower than before.
At 70 years old, with 4 prosthetics, he calls it a victory. We call it exactly what mobility is supposed to do: keep you moving, keep you capable, and keep you independent as you age.
Out of the gym, he says he's rarely tired or physically limited — and he notices the difference most when he's keeping pace with his peers.
Mobility isn't just about touching your toes. It's about being able to get up off the floor, keep up with your grandkids, and stay in the game for decades to come.
No matter your age or story — what do you want to be capable of? Comment below or message us today.

Same picture, side by side. Not to show you what changed on the outside — but what changed on the inside.
Madison used to be terrified of being upside down. Now handstand push-ups are one of her favorite movements — and a daily reminder of the confidence she's built.
That confidence doesn't stay in the gym. She used to turn down challenges because she didn't think she was capable. Now she takes them on head-first — because she knows she has the strength, physically and mentally, to handle whatever comes.

🧠 The workout was the same. You weren't.
There's a difference between showing up and actually being there. Same reps, totally different experience.
Coach Theresa broke down the 3 types of fun (yes, even the kind that sucks in the moment but makes the best stories later 👀) and what it really takes to fall back in love with training when it starts to feel like just... going through the motions.
Spoiler: it's not about working harder. It's about:
🔄 Picking a new goal when the old one's done
🤝 Letting go of who you used to be
👀 Actually noticing the people next to you
📉 Treating a plateau as info, not failure

There's a particular kind of tiredness that has nothing to do with how hard you trained. It's the tiredness that comes from showing up, doing the workout,
