Football is over and it is officially Baseball season....Kinda. Managers from last year have been contacted and we have started discussing start dates.

This league takes all ages over 18 years old and all skill levels. Established teams are always trying to round out rosters and new teams are always welcomed.

For players or teams looking for anything: bats, new or additional jersey, helmets, bags, shoes, books, pants... BUY LOCAL! Primetime sporting goods located in between van dorn and pioneers off of 84th is a awesome place.

Good morning! Important update!!! schedule is being finalized shortly. Start date will be May 2nd. LABL has 6 teams. Each team will play each other 3 times, 15 games. We are also working out a few dates with Omaha that may include double headers. With the end of season tournaments we all should be playing a lot of baseball this year.

Hello all. We are working on getting a schedule pumped out right now with a target start date on May 2nd. As of now we are expecting to have 6 teams. we will also be playing a home and away week with Omaha to secure more games. With the home and away and end of year turnys we should have a good number of games for everyone this year.

We are still early in the process of this so more updates still to come.

Teams please do your best to confirm and round out rosters. please communicate with League officials if you feel you are going to have any issues.

Hey All! we have started to put details together on a 2021 season. What that means as of this post I have no idea. right now we are taking role on teams who played in 2019 to see who will be back.

We need to add players and it would be amazing to add a team or 2!

If you are interested in playing please find your way to our website and add you name to the free agent list.

Current managers- please take role on your roster and start calling FA to fill out your roster.

Message received from Lincoln Park and Recreation:

Due to recommendations from the Lincoln/Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), all Lincoln Parks & Recreation outdoor field use has been cancelled until further notice. The recommendation from the CDC and LLCHD is for no gatherings larger then 10 people. Fields will be prepped at limited maintenance levels during this suspension of use.

Although there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lincoln, our Parks & Recreation department has cancelled the use of ALL athletic field reservations (ballfields, soccer, & open fields) to limit the spread of the coronavirus in our community. At this time, ALL field use is cancelled until further notice.

Our Team Sports staff will reach out to field users in the future regarding opening field use up again for reservation, practices, and games.

This cancellation includes any online reservations made which we will honor, track, and reschedule when field use opens again.

We appreciate your understanding during this time of disruption, and know that it is stressful for you, your organizations, and teams, but we are trying to navigate through this challenging situation in the safest way possible.

The Superbowl is over! What that means to us...it is almost baseball season!!! This will be our 20th season welcoming players 18 and over of all skill levels.

As always, we are looking to grow the league and keep adult amateur baseball thriving in the Lincoln Adult Baseball league.
