We are proud to announce our new exec team for 2021! This team is excited to take on the next semester!

We completed our first week of swim club practices! Although this year looks a lot different with social distancing within the pool and wearing our masks everywhere we go. We are sad we won’t have our usual swim meets but we are looking forward to getting a lot of training in to get ready for a national competition in the spring (hopefully).

Congratulations to all our swim club members that graduated today! We are sad our season had to end the way it did. You will be missed but we wish you the best for your future endeavors even if its not swimming.

Eric Lewandowski completed his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering!

Amy Prusa completed her nursing degree at UNMC!

Sara Gray completed her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Health Science!

Last weekend we traveled to our last meet of the semester at Iowa State! Iowa State put on a great meet and our members swam very well! We can’t wait to get back in the water in the fall to compete again! 🏊🏼‍♂️

Due to the University moving to online classes we had our last team practice before some of our members go home for the rest of the semester! We had a mock meet for our last practice and were able to race each other since our College Club Swimming Nationals had to cancel due to the global concern around the virus. We had a great end to our season and can’t wait to see everyone back on campus in the fall! Thanks to all our seniors that came out and continued swimming with us for 4 years!

2 weeks ago we got to compete at Colorado State’s Ram Invitational! We had a lot of fun and met some new friends. We can’t wait for Iowa State’s swim meet next weekend and soon Nationals 🏊🏼‍♂️

2 weeks ago our team traveled to Grinnell, Iowa for our annual Mini Invite with Iowa State and Grinnell! We had several team records broken: Marusha Ather broke the team record in 200 Free, 200 Breaststroke, and 200 IM. Alicia with a new team record in the 1650 Free, and Emmanuel with a new team record in the 1650 Free! We also had many more nationals cuts!
