The Vintage category is a celebration of the bikes that have stood the test of time, and the people still putting them to work.

This year, Erik Petersen took the win and took home this rad Wool jersey from Voler. But whether you're racing for the podium or simply showing up on a bike with a little history, the Vintage category is all about keeping the spirit of gravel alive.

For a weekend as big as the Gravel Worlds Triple (3k swim, 150 mile bike, 50k run), GOODLIFE Ambassador Meg Dirito came prepared with a fueling plan she trusted.

3K swim. 150 mile gravel bike. 50K run. Three days.

She started with 200 calories of GOODLIFE Carbs before the swim, then fueled the bike with 88g of carbs per hour from GOODLIFE High Carb, adding caffeine every third hour.

On the run, she targeted 50g of carbs per hour with GOODLIFE High Carb and used GOODLIFE Electrolytes at aid stations. After each discipline, GOODLIFE Protein helped support recovery.

Three disciplines. One massive weekend. Meg fueled hers with GOODLIFE.
