Zumba Fitness with Kaydee
$5/class walk in fee
10 class punch card for $35 (expires 3 months from purchase date)
1st class Everyone is invited to this dance party! NONE!
No skill or experience required! We come together for 1 hour to move, sweat, and most importantly have fun! Kids are welcome, mine are usually there on Thursdays, but they need to be supervised. No childcare is provided. I suggest bringing a gaming device or activity for your child. Children are not allowed on the dance floor unless fully participating and with the supervising adult.

If you missed tonight I have a couple fun things to tell you!
Next Thursday stay home and hand out treats or go out with your little goblins! NO ZUMBA ON Halloween! But I will miss you all too much to skip so we are having Zumba on FRIDAY NOV 1 @ 5:30pm at the Capital City Dance Shack! Make sure to come work off those treats and stress with little weekend Zumba!
Also don't forget the first Monday of every month we will be shutting off the lights and getting our glow on! NOV 4 @ 7:45!
Its not too late to decide to come to Zumba today @ 5:15! Anyone who is anyone will be there :)

I had a ton of fun at the GLOW party so..... I think we should have a monthly GLOW party!!! First Monday of every month we are shutting off the lights! Tell your friends and buy up all those glow sticks! Next one....Monday November 4th. Regular class pricing will apply.
