Hope everyone enjoys their Memorial Day as much as these horses are enjoying the green pasture grass. Thankful for the much needed rain we received a couple weeks ago. It made their pasture grass very lush.

What is Clover up to today? She wants to be part of the pretty flowers.

I can’t get anything done.

Everyone has something to be thankful for on Thanksgiving. That is the case for me this year. When we moved from the old barn to this barn it is a step up. This barn is fully insulated and the biggest plus is that it is heated. No more frozen water buckets…no more frozen hoses. So I guess I have more to be thankful for this year than the past. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.

Yes we are a horse boarding facility but when the queen of the barn wants all the attention I have to oblige. She was the only 4-legged one in the barn today.

I haven’t posted horse photos lately so here’s a few of the horses that are still very happy to be enjoying the grass pastures. They are enjoying their all day turnout. I have to admit it is hard to get them to come in for evening feeding.

The best barn cat doubles as a door guard. I know she is scoping out the yard for the birds that can’t fly fast enough for her. She’s brought two of them inside this past week.
