Yesterday we hosted the Capital City Championships and it was a great day filled with competition and community.

Here are just a few group photos and a couple of medal winners. Thanks to all who came to compete and those who helped make it an amazing event!! More photos to come.

Parking this morning at the tournament, in addition to lot 5 you can also park in lot 6 and walk up the hill to door 10. Or you can also park in lot 1 and use door 1.

Black Belt testing highlights. 4 hours of basics, calisthenics, forms, self-defenses, sparring, board breaks and knowledge testing. This group really pulled through and demonstrated what it means to earn your black belt.

Mother's Day class was so much fun!!! The dodgeball game was epic-with the kids winning! 🏆
After board breaking, mom's new to the event earned their pink belt and if they already had a belt, a black stripe was added. We even promoted one mom to 3rd degree pink belt!!
