Solid Rock Martial Arts & Tumbling Our mission is to instill confidence while reinforcing positive values and good character. Classes begin Saturday, June 18th @ 0830. Monthly rates, no contracts.

We are dedicated to providing quality instruction to help you achieve your training goals in a safe, positive, and uplifting environment. Gi and No-Gi training for Ages 5+. All experience levels welcome. one free trial class for all students. Family, Veteran, LEO, and 1st responder discounts available upon request. Grand opening/full class schedule August 13th, 2022.

Our Parent & Toddler Tumbling class is the perfect way for your little one to wiggle, climb, roll, tumble, and burn off some of that toddler energy! 🧡🤸‍♀️

Choose the time that works best for your family:

🕷️ Tuesdays at 5 PM
🎃 Wednesdays at 10 AM
👻 Ages 2+
💜 $60/month; $40 Registration

📣 WE’RE HIRING AT SOLID ROCK!

We’re looking for an energetic, dependable Part-Time Assistant to join our After-School Athletic Program! 💙🐺

Our program is exercise and movement based, giving children ages 5–12 a fun place to burn energy, build confidence, learn new skills, and stay active after the school day.

We’re looking for someone who:
⭐ Enjoys working with children ages 5–12
⭐ Is energetic, patient, positive, and dependable
⭐ Is comfortable leading and participating in games, exercises, and other athletic activities
⭐ Works well as part of a team
⭐ Tumbling, gymnastics, cheer, or athletic experience preferred, but not required

🗓 Monday–Friday
⏰ Approximately 3:00–5:00 or 6:00 PM
📍 Solid Rock | Lincolnton, GA
💼 Part-Time Position

This could be a great fit for a college student, former cheerleader/gymnast/athlete, or anyone who genuinely enjoys helping kids stay active and grow in confidence.
