SPEC is looking for a working student for the summer. Must be timely, attentive to details, comfortable and patient around young horses and willing to learn.
Duties include:
Tacking and untacking
Grooming
Rinsing
Lunging
Schooling of lesson horses
Tack cleaning
Barn laundry
Assisting young riders/camps
Not a paid position. Hard sweaty work that builds character!

Hours 7:30-12:00 Monday-Friday.
This would be a great experience for a teen rider to get exposure in a hunter/jumper barn. I will provide a reference to put on resume for future opportunities.
