We're growing, and it's time to add another great coach to the Ronin team.
This isn't a job where you'll simply clock in, count reps, and go home.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys coaching people, building relationships, and becoming part of a community.

The position will start at approximately 20 hours per week, but our goal is to develop the right person into a full-time Coach/Assistant Manager as the business continues to grow.

In addition to coaching, you'll help with the day-to-day operations of the gym, member experience, and other projects that keep Ronin moving forward. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and helping build a business—not just working in one—you'll fit right in.

We're looking for someone who:
• Has coaching or personal training experience
• Communicates confidently with people
• Has strong availability
• Is reliable and takes initiative
• Wants to continue learning and improving
• Cares about delivering an exceptional client experience
• Wants an opportunity to grow into a leadership position
