Started the new year off with some Tameshigiri (test-cutting) :)

We ended the year with some sword appreciation and cleaning, can't wait to see you all for the New Year!

Class tomorrow is our Nenmatsu no Osoji年末の大掃除 or End of the Year Cleaning! Please bring your bokken, iaito, and cleaning supplies, and be prepared to help clean the dojo. This will also be our last class of the year until New Year's Day training, keiko hajime. It will also be our last Japanese Club meeting.

Reminder: Group Class tomorrow from 8:30 to 10:00 am at the dojo, and Japanese Study Club afterwards!
