F45 Games Day is an epic, global 60-minute team workout event taking place on Saturday, June 20th.

Participants team up in groups of three to conquer three distinct workout zones while accumulating a shared team score.

How it Works

The event replaces the standard Saturday sweat session with a team-based challenge designed for strategy, grit, and maximum energy. You and two partners will move through three different zones, with 14 minutes in each zone and a 2.5-minute break to recover and rotate.

The three zones consist of:

Zone 1: Engine: Endurance-based cardio featuring rowing, burpees, lunges, and synchronized movements.

Zone 2: Lift Off: Strength endurance focusing on heavy lifts, maximum loads, and progressive overload.

Zone 3: Hybrid: A fast-paced AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) blending weighted movements, Ski Erg calories, and Devil’s Press.

Team Categories & Divisions

You can form a team with two other members, or ask us to pair you up with a group. Categories vary by gender makeup and difficulty level.

Categories: All Female, All Male, or Mixed (2 males & 1 female OR 2 females & 1 male).

Divisions: Choose between Standard Weights or Elite Weights to suit your fitness level.
