Ok the Cardinal Inn in Albion has several rooms available for September 25th and 26th for the Vintage Showdown. Those that need rooms give them a call and mention the Showdown.

It is with heavy heart we are going to have to cancel Saturday night's race in Albion. We going to reschedule it for September 26th, times will stay the same as far as check in and hot laps. Again, this is not what we wanted to do, but mother nature doesn't like to play fair.

So was thinking of doing something a little different this year for all participants of the Showdown. I have an idea kinda in mind for door prizes, but what is some of your ideas. Some ideas that might have been done at the Cornhusker Vintage National that you might like to see again?

Check out our 2026 schedule! One of our most ambitious schedules to date!

2026 will include the return of 2 great series in the ASCS Midwest Region, along with the Super Late Model Racing (SLMR) Series. Also we will be part of the inaugural Stan Cisar Speedweek featuring some of the top RaceSaver Sprint Cars in the country.

The Tanner Pelster Memorial is back for the 6th season, keeping pace with last years massive payout paying $10,111 to win in the Stock Cars, and $3,111 to win in the Hobby Stocks.

2X Promotions and BCR have once again joined to bring back the 3rd Annual Ray “The Hummer” Haase Memorial. More info will be release on this event in the future.

Of course our weekly racing will include IMCA Late Modes, IMCA Sport Mods, IMCA Stock Cars, IMCA Hobby Stocks, and Crown Vics with appearances from the Midwest Classic Stockcar Assoc. (MCSA), Good Ol' Time Racing Association, and Mod Lites.

We can't wait for April to get here!
