Why is this my favorite skill to teach? I mean it takes an immense amount of patience, practicing, parent support, love, kindness, care & so much trust. I think that’s why I love it so much. The pay off is the best part. A life saved because the learner knows how to roll over & take a breath while swimming to safety. ❤️ 💗👦🏻💦 💗👦🏻💦

Teaching a child to backfloat the correct way takes many years of practice as an instructor. It’s all about them feeling safe, relaxed and in the correct body position. Knox has been coming to me for 2 years twice a week and is mastering it beautifully. 💗👦🏻💦 💗👦🏻💦
