FIT-to-GO offers full service club membership plans, with the option to add 24 hour access to our fantastic facility! Our cardio equipment includes treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, Jacobs ladder, stair mill, cardio strider, & row machine. We have a wide range of free weights as well as selectorized weight machines, as well as a fully adjustable cable-crossover. We also offer group fitness programs, specialized group training, athletic training and private & semi-private personal training by a highly educated and professional staff. FIT-to-GO is owned and operated by Cory & Meghan Bilyeu.

➡️ 🔥 Only one schedule change this month: Join us for THE FORM 5:30am Monday morning with Meghan! — THE FORM is one of our signature Hot Pilates sessions in our Infrared Hothouse Studio. Using resistance bands attached to a ballet barre, this 60-minute class mimics a similar effect to a Pilates reformer. This session is designed to strengthen your core, sculpt lean muscle, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. With only 6 spots available, reservations are required. Secure your spot early—classes fill quickly! 🧘‍♀️💖🔥

The only change for this month is that the Refresh sesh with Caitlin will be on pause for the remainder of the summer. Look for it to come back early fall! Keep showing up, staying consistent, and making your health a priority this summer.
