Due to the Ohio Dpt of Health issuing a stay at home order, I CANT hold any "workouts" at Eastside. HOWEVER, we could meet at Chestnut Ridge and do a quick NO weights circuit then do a lap. We should be done by 845. Some may be done by 830ish. I apologize but our SAFETY and HEALTH has to be my #1 priority! I truly miss you all and hope to see you at 8 a.m. tomorrow. Prayers to you and your loved ones and our medical service people. STAY STRONG!!!!

Nothing like a bridal shower at 5:15 AM at the gym! It takes a special group. Congrats and best wishes for a fabulous wedding and marriage to our girl, Alicia! She’s in tip top shape thanks to Kellina!
