Flow Motion Update:

There are some minor course changes to account for the construction of 2 ponds. Don't worry, it only removes the northern most section through the sun scorched field. All of the fast, flowing singletrack remains as fun as ever.

You can download the course at the link below. Juniors course remains the same and will be listed in the comments.

Adults will follow the full trail and all RED trail tape markings. Juniors will have 2 bypasses indicated by YELLOW trail tape. We will enjoy a sesame street lesson on colors and counting 1-4 for lap counts on Sunday in our pre-race meetings.

Only one week to go until Flow Motion!

If you want to get a look at the course before race weekend, 29 Pines Mountain Bike Trail will be open for pre-riding this Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Come get some laps in, learn the lines, and get familiar with the 6-mile race loop featuring 200+ berms, whoops, jumps, and plenty of fast, flowing singletrack.
