I hope you all were able to watch the IMWC Saturday. There was a lot of to be learned. Watching Blummenfelt sabotage his race again this year with a foolish 22 mile run one week out was insane. No elite marathon runners would do that.
Good things happen if you race smart and keep moving forward if you can without doing harm to yourself.
The race is not over until it is over and the podium is not always predictable.
The conditions on the island are always hard just some years more so.
