It is a 3rd floor unit (no elevator) overlooking pond, within a 5 minute walk to ocean. Due to HOA restrictions, no pets allowed, no motorcycles, utility trailors, motor homes, golf carts or scooters allowed. Pool & Hot Tub are closed until March 1st, 2025. Very quiet community, HOA enforced "quiet hours" from 11pm-8am. Renters must display parking pass at all times, only 2 parking passes permitted per unit.
