Jeff has added some new Pilates Reformer Classes to the schedule! Starting tomorrow morning Pilates Reformer Level 1 at 9:00 on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings. This 9:00 Pilates class will pair well with 10:00 Simple Strength Weight Lifting class if you want to do back to back classes.
He has also added noon Pilates Reformer Express on Monday, Thursday and Friday. The express class is 45 minutes instead of an hour to get you back to your day quicker. We now have noon Pilates Monday-Friday. Sign up and come! He would love to have you!

Consistency is key. You don’t have to be all or nothing. Set small, achievable goals to start. Maybe just 2 visits a week, or take it one step further by saying 2 classes a week to hold you accountable. It doesn’t have to be rocket science. 🧬 🔑

We are locked and loaded for Simple Strength Weight Lifting Class at 4:45 and 5:30 today. Jeff is subbing for Katherine this afternoon. There are 3 open spots in each class if you want to sign up.

Today is Maggy’s last day at Clubhaus 🥲 she moves into her dorm room at Hendrix College tomorrow 😄 If you see her today wish her luck. We will miss her, but know she is going to do big things at Hendrix! margaret
