Today’s softball game at home against Des Arc has been canceled due to rain. The Eagles are scheduled to be on the road this Thursday at Monticello.

It’s GAME DAY, Eagles! Tonight, the Lady Eagles take on Mayflower in the District Semifinals at 7:00 pm at Dover High School. Help us cheer on our Eagles!

Congratulations to our Jr. High Lady Eagles. These girls had a great season, finishing as 3A-5 District Tournament Runner-Up. Great job, Ladies!

Congratulations to BP Jr. High Boys team on their win tonight over Mayflower. With their 45-41 win over Mayflower, the Eagles won the 3A-5 District Championship. We are so proud of you!

There’s a full week of basketball this week for the Eagles. The season is quickly winding down, and we need your help cheering them on to victory!

Baptist Prep is pleased to announce the addition of Kirk and Amy Benson to the Baptist Prep Staff. Coach Benson is joining BP as Director of Spiritual Development and Director of Athletic Performance/Head Track Coach. He will also serve as defensive coordinator for the football program. Mrs. Amy Benson will be teaching at our Upper Campus.

“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Kirk, Amy, and their family into the Baptist Prep community,” said Head Football Coach Riley Perkins. “We share a clear vision for what this place can become. Coach Benson is an outstanding coach, but more importantly, his heart is for building young men of character and faith - and that mission will always define who we are at Baptist Prep.”

“Coach Benson has dedicated his career to the development of athletes and the advancement of the Gospel,” said Dr. Greg Jones, President and Head of School. “His heart for ministry and his love of education and athletics are the perfect match for what we are doing at Baptist Prep. We cannot wait to have the Bensons with us. In addition, Amy’s experience in the classroom and her love for cultivating relationships will be a vital asset to our BP community.”
