It’s time our Stormers Summer 2026 wrap up! Just because the regular 15s season ended doesn’t mean we have stopped grinding!

Your Little Rock Stormers have had a fantastic summer season so far! We started off strong by taking 1st place in the Parrotsheads 7s tournament! The team spent many hard hours in the summer heat prepping for this and the hard work paid off! This was such a fun tournament for the team and we loved every minute we got to spend with our women’s rugby community!

Our next stop this summer was the WRC Memorial 10s tournament in Madison, WI! What a roadtrip! Our Stormers took 2nd place and had an absolute blast! This was such a cool experience for our team and we are so grateful for everyone that stepped up to join us in taking the pitch for this! This really was an amazing team and community effort to build a squad for this tournament. We are so thankful for all of our friends and supporters that helped us make this happen!

Finally, we want to take a moment to highlight some of 2 of our Stormers: Adrienne Yoder and Kacie Hymers ! Yoder and Kacie had the incredible opportunity this summer to take the pitch for the Air Force 2026 All-Tournament Team in the 2026 Armed Forces Women’s Rugby tournament. Kacie and Yoder truly embody what it means to be a Stormer and it makes us so proud to see our fellow Stormers excelling on the pitch.

As summer starts to wind down, we are already gearing up for the coming 15s season! Keep an eye on our socials for our upcoming “Meet the Team” and “Rugby 101” events!

Ladies, if you have ever wondered what all the hype is about with women’s rugby now is your time to find out! We truly believe that rugby is for everyone and every body. Come out and join us and become a part of this fantastic community and family! Everyone is welcome.
