After our last video, some people called me a hackjob, some called me a bodger. So, I figured I would give you some insight into how a professional bodger does things. Sorry I couldn’t keep this video under a minute.

The only way to truly fix the monstrosity that is the BB90 is to remove 2mm from the shell width and then ream out the frame and bond in a shell.
Yes, it’s square. Yes, we designed and made the tool. Yes, we install the BB from the drive side in this scenario. Yes, we can fix your woes too.

Been repairing a lot of top tubes lately. This one is about to be sanded and painted.

I have come to enjoy the removal and rebonding of metal threads into a carbon frame. It’s quite easy when you find the right method.

How do we do it?
Magic. That’s all.

Laying the structural plies of carbon is just one of many steps of a frame repair. This clip shows the process after all damage has been removed and a carbon fiber mold has been made for the repair area. Still lots of work left afterwards.

There is no instruction manual for what we do everyday, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
