A few important deadlines coming up:

June 26 is the last day to book a room at our host hotel with our special group rate.

June 30 is the last day to register without LATE FEES! 🥺💸‼️

Our trophies are custom made, so we have to provide adequate time for their construction and shipping.

Please get registered ASAP and use the Athlete Checklist on our website to prepare for the show! 💪🏽

Here’s a little pro tip for you:

Familiarize yourself with the location of the venue ahead of time.

We’ve made things as simple as possible for our athletes by choosing a host hotel steps away from the venue.

But it can still help to get your bearings in advance to minimize any potential stress on show day.

If you’re not staying at the host hotel, you’ll want to navigate to the library parking garage ($2/hr, 333 President Clinton Ave) or locate free parking spaces in the area.

Parking for the hotel is located behind the hotel (east side) with overflow parking available in the city’s parking garage located at 500 E Second Street. Parking charges will be posted to the room; we negotiated the hotel parking down from $18 to $12 a night.
