Hey friends! I've posted before about a group fitness class I'm leading for women over 40. I have 16+ years experience in women's fitness. My programming has changed as my own life stage has changed. I started with babies in strollers and now my baby is a senior in high school, so here we are!
I'm gen-x and I'm over trying to market via socials, so you're not going to see any fancy pics, and I don't have a website to drive you to.
