Well, managed the win for the White Oak Creek Shooting Range 2026 season, even without shootin my r***e in the finale lol! Too much goin on and head just wasnt in it to get things loaded and ready, but went to help out spottin and hang with everyone. Terry Garrison after winning the light gun season, and 2nd in Saturdays finale insisted i run his heavy just to make sure i got a few points and hung on to 1st for the season, and did just that! It was a helluva weekend for us! Bruce Beltramini won the light gun finale, Terry 2nd, with terry winnin the season, then Curtis Roman pulled off 2nd in the finale today for heavy, and 2nd for the season! I couldnt be more proud. Ive somehow managed to surround myself with some of the best folks in the nation. Had some great times with everyone. Seein folks like Martone Billy improve over the year and pull of the win today, Jennifer Scottie Stratton with another 3050 yd hit and 6th place overall, 1st in rookie, John Ashworth with his first 2 mile impact (him and Rupert Jenkins are gonna be a team to watch), really too much to name. Thank u to my sponsors, DNA Custom Engraving Applied Ballistics Fusion Pro Shooting Systems Alamo Precision Ri**es and Midsouth Shooters , also the sponsors of the match! They had a solid prize table, and i picked up a mount from Stephen Ivey, another dna case, and a leather kestrel holder Randy Ridge son made . Turns out the writing on the mount is some communist s**t i dont understand, but hes gonna swap it to an American moa one for me lol. Hopefully i can get my s**t together for the nationals in a couple weeks! Arkansas Mafia Elr for life!

Ps lol, the icing on the cake for the weekend for me was hearing about some ball-less bitch dressed up as me with nose strip and all at ko2m, (which im banned from and never attend, so therefore felt safe) as some sorta joke lololololol. Great look for elrso and the "foundation". I'm tickled pink i live in their heads rent free lol. Nearly all of em are true pieces of s**t and hearing about this made my weekend lol.

Not many pics, but had a helluva time hangin with everyone at the Spearpoint Ranch finale. Bruce Beltramini and I definitely had better days shootin, it seems i just couldnt get it together in kansas this year. I Believe i ended up around 9th for the season, my first year out of the top 5 since starting there in 2021. 2nd, 4th, 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 9th this year since 2021. I plan on rectifying that next year! With that said, it was still a great year. Steve Wirth does a helluva job. He makes spearpoint what it is. Always improving, always listening to shooters. Hes made spearpoint 1 of the top if not the top in the nation. So many top shooters show up every match, including my nemesis/buddy Shane Bryan and Jaclyn Bryan. Truly top shooters that have the kansas wind figured. I didnt place well at the finale, but i was ahead of shane so it was a win in my book. Samantha Lindsay has supported me in this crazy, idiotic dream of elr from the get go and wanna say thank u to her first. My sponsors that always stand by me, Terry Dines with Fusion Pro Shooting Systems , Midsouth Shooters , Applied Ballistics , DNA Custom Engraving, its appreciated more than u know! I dont have a long list of sponsors, but the ones i have mean alot. My Alamo Precision Ri**es 375 and i have 1 more on the books this year, the White Oak Creek Shooting Range finale the 3rd and 4th. If im lucky ill make the nationals in Oklahoma, but we gotta see how the business is doin by then lol. We'll see yall in a couple weeks!

Bone head mistakes and just some bad decisions on t1 and 2, but, i beat Shane Bryan , thats all that matters lol

I hated leavin after heavy, but with the heat and my back, i didn't have it in me. It seems Terry Garrison didnt need a thing, and put another win up! Congrats man!

I was real close to backin out of the White Oak Creek Shooting Range match this week. The heat and work the past couple of weeks has been brutal, then this sciatica or whatever it is with my back the last few days really had me thinkin relaxing in the ac sure sounded good. But, i got home from work yesterday and loaded up anyway, and im glad i did! Started off with finding this little fella crossin the rd right by the gate and throwin him in my tote with my gear lol. He ended up gettin wrapped up in my elevator and had to take out a few screws to get him out lol. I had my fun with him and Terry Garrison, Jennifer Scottie Stratton , and Robin Epps then let him go about his merry way lol. Today the match went awesome despite the heat. It was miserably hot and mirage was terrible, but with burms bein so dry we were still able to see alot of misses. I managed to pull off the win with 2 more 2 mile impacts, plus a couple on the 3050! I probably woulda had at least 1 more on t2 if ida remembered to dial from t1 lol. Curtis Roman put another on the 2 mile as well, but seein scottie get his first 2 mile on the 4th shot, then the excitement when the 5th hit too really put some icing on the cake! On top of that, big John Ashworth put 3 on 3050 and took 2nd! Believe its only his 2nd heavy gun match too! Had all 4 of the mafia crew there and just had a helluva time. Seems like we are always down 1 of us. Bruce Beltramini, Curtis, and terry are my people. Idk a better way to say it. Im truly blessed to be able to do this and love every minute of it. The friendships ive made through it are unbeatable. So many damn good people. Im very thankful to those that support me in this, no one more so than my wife Samantha Lindsay. She always holds the fort down when im away. She really is the best. And my sponsors are 2nd to none. Terry and John Dines with Fusion Pro Shooting Systems make the best damn chassis and rear bag elevator u can get, there's simply not a more precise ballistic solver than Applied Ballistics , and not a cooler ammo case than DNA Custom Engraving. Also, Midsouth Shooters has really taken care of me the last year and a half or so with all the components like brass and bullets. Im not sure how i managed to be so lucky on bein surrounded and supported by so many awesome people, but man im thankful for it. Thank u Randy Ridge and James Bové for putting on such an awesome and honest match! See yall in october!

Had ol Todd Baker out today with a few of his buddies for a mini class/ elr experience. 3 generations all got their first taste of elr with impacts out to 2223 yds! Was a good day!

U know Alamo Precision Ri**es builds a solid r***e when u can go over a month without touching it, grab some old ammo from last match, lay down and shoot a 10 shot group like this. Fusion Pro Shooting Systems chassis just locks every thing down. No wondering zeros, everything stays on point. If id have settled into the bag and took a little more time, those top 2 first shots woulda been better too. Had to free up some brass for Spearpoint Ranch this weekend!! Feels like its been a year since ive shot, and lookin forward to knocking some paint off and seein my elr crew!

Side note, if u can clean ur r***e immediately after shooting while the barrel is warm, it goes faster. Guess everything bein hot and loose makes it comes out easier.

Couple students from the last clinic reached out askin bout the next one, and it got me thinkin. What yall think about one this fall for students from the previous 3? A level 2 or whatever u wanna call it, but mainly hang out, cook out, and shoot 2 miles at White Oak Creek Shooting Range all weekend from Thursday night through a sunday?
