Quick progress report

Cowboy up 🤠

11/22/2022

I will not be racing pine lake due to not having a sled yet and having to focus on school / graduation this December. Sorry to all my sponsors but I’ll still be racing the 6/7 cor series events!

Last corner turns with no hope of a pass are always lazy feet on the running boards turns 🤣

Thanks for everything our Men and Women veterans do for this beautiful country 🇺🇸🇺🇸

In late July I took a shoulder injury while attempting a backflip wakeboarding. I was quite worried about since I lost quite a bit of movement in my arm. Originally the doctors thought that I tore my rotator cuff and thought I’d need surgery (6-12 month recovery minimum). Today I officially found out it thankfully was a fracture where my tendons meet my shoulder bone! Might have to take it easy for the first few races but I’m all clear to race for 2023!

Anyone that wants to come watch this is another Wisconsin race! Plenty of lodging in the area to stay at if need be! Should be a lot of fun and easy to watch unlike most XC races!

With the Battle at Whitecap Mountain event in Upson, WI just a week away we have a tentative course layout, with snow conditions as of today we will be able to route a 5 mile course with multiple elevation changes and routed through many different areas of the ski resort.

Spectators will have a couple viewing areas; one will be at the main lodge in the bowl that will include the start/finish line then route the racers up the main hill. This area will also include where the riders come back into view of the main lodge as they complete a lap. Second option is the Wine Hut, this is a very popular location during the normal ski operations and Whitecap Mountain will be running a shuttle to this location throughout the race day. We have routed the course in this area so you will be able to see the racers multiple times.

Again, this is the course as of today’s conditions, we will be working with the Whitecap Mountain staff over the next week on this layout. There will be no practice tracks nor is anyone besides race officials allowed to ride on the ski hill.

Registration closes next Wednesday March 23, 2022 at 6pm, click the link below to get signed up today!!

Race day order and event registration is available online at www.corpowersports.com

Nisswa was very rough bottoming the sled out on muliple landings and slaming moguls proved difficult. I ended up running out of tallent on day two and got bucked off the sled. Was still able to get back on and finish 14th out of 25 riders!

Day one could of went better. Running into issues with the sled detinating on pretty much all of the straights forcing me to pull off to the side lose a ton of time then on the last lap completly shutting the sled off. Hopfully ill be able to talk to others tonight to resolve the issues. Huge thanks to my dad mom and kieran plus all my sponsors! Cant wait for tomorrow.

Important Pine Lake Update- OPEN IMMEDIATELY

Sorry to all my sponsors but it was a last minute decision out of my control! Luckily this should help us with points as it will give us more time to practice and get better against the teams that have more funds/have been racing for Polaris longer.

Important Pine Lake Update- OPEN IMMEDIATELY This announcement does not come easy but after many discussions with ISR, manufacturers, and reviewing COVID protocols we are having to postpone this weekends event scheduled for Pine Lake, a number key crew have been in close contact with someone that has tested positive for Covid-19.

Test day 1

Just got back from the shop after making some adjustments to the skid frame after testing today. Overall it was a good day on the ice! The sled was super tight so I wasn't able to carry much speed but it was still good to log some hours on the sled doing some casual laps to familiarize myself with the snowmobile. Id like to take this opportunity before the season officially kicks off to thank the my sponsors and the people that got me here! Huge thanks to Linda Vander Heiden, Tim Wenninger, Ricky Beining, Julie Leanna, Kieran Dantoin, Caden Lindner at CL_Productions, and everyone else that motivated me and helped me. Also a huge thanks to my sponsors Brian Joski at Advance Construction, Brock Treankler at Wood Tech Industries, Farr at Castle X, Kurt Olson at Kurt Olson Construction, Mike Coel at 5 Point Fabrication LLC, Nick Holtger at Nick Holtger Construction, STUD BOY Traction, Polaris Snowmobiles, C&A Pro Skis, Rox Speed FX, Inc., Inc., DP Brakes. Another thanks to nelson at Victory Sign llc for doing a great job on the stickers and jersey number.
