Chatfield gets the win over Cherry Creek in the season opener because the Bruins used intelligible players.
Cherry Creek head coach Dave Logan told The Denver Post on Monday evening that he believes the punishment is “punitive, and way over the top.”
“But, nobody’s going to feel sorry for us,” Logan added. ” And I get that. And if I wasn’t coaching here, I wouldn’t feel sorry for us, either.
“We were told all of our players had been cleared the week of our first game.”
