Hey everyone! I’m Brooke, and I’m excited to introduce myself. 🌟 I’m from Boston but I currently live in Colorado, and I’ve always had a love for fitness.
From accomplishing my first big goal of playing college basketball to discovering the world of BJJ, I’ve always loved being an athlete and finding different ways to train my body.
After years of working in the fast-paced world of tech sales and finance, I realized my true passion lies in helping high-performing women find their confidence through movement. Seeing someone transform their life with fitness and nutrition is incredibly rewarding.
