We’re so grateful for the chance to pour into the next generation of our community — building strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last well beyond the gym!

📅 Starts Monday, Sept 14 — runs 6 weeks (off Oct 12 for Columbus Day, last class Oct 26)

👦 Ages 6-12

We are so proud of Penny’s hard work and dedication. The growth and progress she’s seen here at LCF is inspiring!

What’s more, we’re inspired to see not only her, but her daughter AND granddaughter all putting in work alongside her - that’s 3 generations getting fitter, stronger, and healthier! That’s what we’re all about here.

So glad to call Penny and the girls OUR FAMILY! 💪🏼

Bon Voyage to one of our members, Pat, who set out on the 2026 Tour Divide Backpacking Race this weekend!

A 2,745 mile expedition, it spans snow-covered, gravel, and mostly unpaved terrain as well as 160,000 feet of climbing along the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route from Banff, Alberta all the way to Antelope Wells, New Mexico! 🚵

We can’t wait to hear all about your adventures when you’re back to class! 🙌❤️
