RMHS has developed the best summer camp daily schedule possible, with the optimal combination of on-ice instruction and off-ice dryland training, providing a well-balanced and effective skill development training program. We believe it is important to maximize the amount of time spent on-ice each day, while continuing to condition the body off-ice at pre-determined intervals.

The squad is all here in Prague! We did a little sightseeing before hitting the ice in preparation for .fi. This group hasn't been here very long and they are already a close-knit bunch. We are really excited to see what these guys can accomplish on the international stage!
If you're interested in taking the hockey trip of a lifetime, stay tuned because we will start accepting applications for next year on August 15th! For now the fellas have some business to attend to.

What a magical week in B-E-AUTIFUL McCall, Idaho. We had a special group of athletes this year. Every single one of them showed up hungry to learn, play hockey and most importantly, have fun. Overall, 10/10 week. Can't wait to see you all back at the lake next year!

And that's a wrap on our Park City Camp! We had two teams in each group working hard and pushing each other towards greatness. It was really cool to be a part of.
