Lifted total of 48k lbs today in two sessions. First upper second lower.
Hard day but feeling good. Body is recovering and getting stronger

I PR in every session for 2 weeks. Body is remembering who it is. But i need my 6 pack back though lol.

This just the first one stacking today. Will give bigger update after next workout.

Today great day for me.
I experienced something called neural rebound + supercompensation.

So yesterday Leg day was hard day. But got through it did all my reps.

Corrected some wrongs from yesterday. So i put salt in water and protein shake and made sure i ate and drank proper today.

Today is upper day and I PR everything. Like everything new PR. Some I'm PR on top of PR.

Now i know I been a athlete my whole life. But I been retired for 5 years and my come back is crazy right now. Only thing is I'm still being careful cause triceps injury and post op 3 months. I had to pull back because I was over loading tendon.

So today. Killed it!! I'm back!
