May 4th is National Fitness Day. This is a great time to commit to strengthening your muscles and your mind. Even a few days a week of resistance training can help you preserve muscle, feel energized and move with confidence. When most of us think of resistance training, we think weight training, but did you know that body weight exercises and resistance bands are also just as effective. We also think we may need to spend hours a day in the gym to see results but really 30 minutes can also effective.

A New Total Body Circuit begins Monday April 29th at 8:45AM. This is a moderate to vigorous workout that is not for someone just beginning an exercise program. This interval program is a great way to mix up your workouts if you just do cardio or strength training right now. Your Body will thank you!

This weeks schedule Dec 18 - 22- No Small Group training Monday Dec 18th at 6:30PM. Senior Group training Wednesday at 7:30AM and Core Xpress at 8:30AM. Yoga at 9AM Thursday thru Lotus Dragon Yoga Studio.

Wednesday Dec. 13th there will be NO senior group training or Core Xpress.

Senior/Beginner Small Group Training Wednesdays at 7:30AM. Shown are husband and wife Glenn and Kay who train together! This group session is a great way to begin your fitness journey.
