I am so proud of my team! Last Saturday we had our biggest show to date. Around 100 performers/testers and over 350 in the audience. The Excel team put on a great show for our graduates and families. Couldn’t ask for better people. 🙏🙏💪💪😀😀

This AMAZING group of ladies helped raise enough money to support a women and her 3 children get housing as they were coming out of a horrible trafficking situation. We are extremely grateful for all of them and am proud they have leveled up their own Self Defense skills as well 💪💪
