Are you ready to start 2021 off right?! Join, Fit Happens, a six–week fitness challenge designed to provide you with weekly workouts that can be done in the gym or at home via weekly emailed workouts. The participant that achieves the greatest change in body fat and skeletal muscle composition will be awarded a $50 credit to be used toward any Metro District activity. This session will run from Jan. 18 – Feb. 26. Minimum of five participants required.
