🌟Reverse Kneeling Crunch🌟

It’s all about deep core connection, spinal flexion, and controlled movement.

This move targets the abdominals while challenging stability and control through the entire body.

Movement:
• Round through the spine and draw the carriage in using your abs
• Extend back out with control to your starting position
• Move slow and steady—avoid using momentum or pulling with the arms

Form Focus:
• Knees come to the headrest (not pressed into shoulder blocks)
• Shoulders stay stacked over wrists
• Movement initiated from the abdominals—not the arms
• Maintain a rounded spine through the crunch
• Neck stays long and aligned with the spine

It’s all about length, lift, and deep oblique connection ✨

This move targets your obliques while also opening through the hips and waist for a strong, controlled side body moment.

Movement:
• Lower your trunk with control
• Lift back up through the obliques to your start position
• Move slow and steady—no dropping or swinging

Form Focus:
• Keep chest open, elbows wide (no rounding forward)
• Stay slightly crunched at the top—don’t fully sit up
• Keep constant tension through the obliques
• Bottom foot stays active taught on the black strap
