Player Spotlight: Antonio Fernandez ⭐️🏒

A big junior season for one of our own. Antonio finished the year at Colgate University ( )with 6 points in 34 games (4G, 2A) while earning the team’s Best Defensive Player Award, a testament to the reliability, leadership, and impact he brings every night.

Over the past two seasons at Colgate, has totaled 20 points in 65 games from the backend, continuing to establish himself as a high-level two-way defenseman. He was also recognized with the 2026 Ally Award, a reflection of the character, leadership, and heart he brings as the heartbeat of the locker room.

Antonio continues to represent what we’re all about, and we’re excited to have him back this summer getting ready for a big senior season. 👊🔥

Player Spotlight: Tyler Dysart ⭐️🏒

Tyler’s path to Division 1 hockey at the University of Vermont was built through hard work, development, and valuable experience in both the NAHL and USHL, helping prepare him for the NCAA level. This season, he appeared in 11 games as a freshman and picked up his first collegiate point as he continues to grow his game against top competition.

Tyler continues to develop year after year, and we’re excited to have him back home this summer to get to work and help prepare him for an even bigger sophomore season. 👊

Player Spotlight: Jonas Kemps ⭐️🏒

A huge year for Jonas with the Chicago Steel (USHL), appearing in 57 games and recording 9 points from the backend while continuing to establish himself as a high-level defenseman.

After previously competing with USA Hockey NTDP ( )and committing to Michigan State University, Jonas continues to take major steps in his development. earned a selection to the USA Hockey Chipotle All-American Game this season while playing with the Chicago Steel.

We had the opportunity to work with Jonas over the summer, focusing on continuing to develop his game and maximizing his length, skating, and puck movement as a big defenseman. Excited to see what’s ahead for him as he continues his climb this summer 👊

Strong edges = better skating 🏒💨

A simple warmup we use to build edge control, balance, and confidence on your blades. Part 1 focuses on inside edges, staying balanced on one foot through the S-curve before transferring smoothly to the other side. Part 2 challenges your outside edges the same way.

The key? Slow, controlled reps. Lean into your edges, stay balanced, and build the feel. Simple drills like this create stronger skaters over time. 👊

Tri-Valley Hockey Academy would like to congratulate Arjun Mangadu on being selected by the Portland Winterhawks ( )with the 56th overall pick in the 3rd Round of the WHL Draft. 🏒🔥

put together a tremendous season at Mount St. Charles, recording 103 points in 59 games at the 14U level as a 2011 birth year. His dedication to his craft, offensive ability, and commitment to improving continue to separate him on and off the ice.

We are incredibly proud of Arjun and grateful to have been a part of his journey and development at Tri-Valley Hockey Academy. This is a huge accomplishment and just the beginning of what’s ahead for him. 👊

Player Spotlight: Wes Turner ⭐️🏒

Heading into his junior year at Trinity College ( ), Wes continues to elevate his game and impact from the backend. Through his freshman and sophomore seasons, he has totaled 12 points as a defenseman while continuing to grow into a reliable two-way player.

A strong skater who joins the rush and gets up ice to create offense, Wes also does an excellent job defending and moving pucks efficiently. His ability to feed the offense, execute regroups, and thread passes through the neutral zone helps drive play and create transition opportunities.

Excited to have back working this summer and looking forward to a big junior season ahead 👊

Player Spotlight: Jake Meure ⭐️🏒

Through three seasons at Buffalo State, Jake has totaled 39 points while continuing to elevate his game in all areas since his junior hockey days.

His growth, consistency, and commitment to improving have taken his game to another level at the college stage. We’re excited to see him head into his senior year and build on that progress.
