We will be CART PATH ONLY today. Please pay and play accordingly. I’m not sure how much rain fell yesterday afternoon, somewhere during the storm our rain guage was knocked over. We hope you are all having an amazing Labor Day weekend with family and friends. We are thankful for the rain but ready to dry out so we can get back to our mowing routine.

We are open! Naturally after over 1 ft of rain it will be Cart Path Only for the next few days so pay and play accordingly. Put the Pro V1’s in the bottom of the bag and play all the ones you found. The greens are a little fuzzy due to we cannot get to the greens without causing ruts or damage around them at this time. Here’s a few photos of hole 4 after the creek went back down and shows how much water came through. Special thanks to my crew for getting it back playable and once the course dries back out we will get it slicked back up. We needed the rain and thankful for it. Just a little hiccup but nothing we can’t endure and more forward. I really do love this job and grateful for the opportunity.

Busy day out here on the course. Please be patient with us today. But it’s all in effort to help the course and more than a few golfers with some large scale tree trimming. Special thanks to Kole Puckett with Eastex Line Clearing, Cecil Langston and Todd Gardner for setting this up.

Good morning and happy Friday to everyone. Tell the kids have a great day at school from me. I had some phone calls that some people never see me out here on the course anymore. I’m here everyday, yall just gotta wake up earlier. Love you, thank yall for all the support and compliments we’ve been getting. Almost 2 years in on this and still loving every minute of it.

The creek got a little high yesterday after the 5” of rain. We will open after we cut these logs off the bridge going to hole 4. Please keep the carts on the path and wear old shoes.
